Urgent cases are easy to lose between posts and messages
Animal rescue cases are often shared through social media, group chats and phone calls. Information becomes fragmented, urgent reports can be missed and responsibility is difficult to follow.
PawSignal gives each case one structured record, so people can see whether help is needed, whether someone has taken responsibility and what happened next.
How PawSignal works
One user community, one visible rescue journey
A PawSignal user can report an animal. Other users who are nearby and available can receive or see that case and choose to help.

The current product works across mobile and desktop and supports the core journey from report to outcome.
Location-based discovery
Active cases appear in a location-aware list. Users can define alert areas and choose an alert radius for relevant notifications.
Case responsibility
Users can accept a case, update progress, mark an animal as secured or release responsibility with a reason.
Tracking and notifications
Case history, assignment history, late-update signals, nearby alerts and optional subscriptions to case updates.

Adoption
The case can continue after the animal is safe
Rescue is not always the final step. Animals that need a permanent home can be published in the adoption catalog with a simple profile.
Interested users can submit an adoption application, and the caretaker receives an adoption-interest notification.
PawSignal Shop
A PawSignal-owned shop designed to support the mission
PawSignal is the seller and operator of the shop. It is not a multi-seller marketplace.
The long-term model is for revenue from pet product sales to help cover platform operating costs and keep rescue and adoption functionality free to use.
Current MVP functionality includes products, stock, cart, checkout, cash on delivery and order-status updates.
